Cornelia Năstase is 33 years old, with over 13 years of experience in accounting and tax.
She founded an accounting, tax consulting, and financial audit company — CC Tax Advisory — five years ago, where she leads a young and dynamic team with a diverse client portfolio. She has relevant regional experience, working on complex cases in Romania and Moldova, as well as extensive experience in the financial audit of non-banking financial institutions (IFNs). Additionally, she has held positions on the Board of Directors and later as CFO of Romaero SA, the largest aviation maintenance company in Romania.
She is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Accounting at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, with a thesis focused on transfer pricing.
